She holds a Ph.D on the Management of Foreign exchange business, remittance, exports/ imports operations and risk exposures. She has also published articles 4 SCOPUS and 14 in other index journals and has a h-index of 1 (SCOPUS) and h index 2 (Google scholar) with a citation of 11 since 2018.
She has also done exhaustive research in the area of social engineering attack in online financial services, FOOD app technology, banking services etc. Has experience and knowledge in banking sector on their trade accounts on operational and management functionality and experience on handling and negotiating LC, Forward covers , BG, credit risk etc.
She has ventured into cross-selling of financial banking product and procured best product knowledge. She also posses 42 months of experience in Foreign exchange AD remittance, business development of Tamilnadu cluster Wholesale foreign exchange trade, Dealing room trading and credit risk operational management. She is a very keen achiever on the target and beyond.
Result focused, seasoned and a versatile professional with overall experience spanning 10+ years in Retail Forex and International Remittance Verticals; have progressed from a front line executive to become a Profit Centre Head. Proven ability to apply strong interpersonal skills, communications skills, and analytical capabilities to understand customer’s needs and deliver customer support that exceeds their expectations.
Holds stupendous knowledge of the FX industry; have keep updated with the product knowledge, latest trends, new launches and regulatory guidelines including FEMA, KYC & AML.
